Loretta A. Cella (Founder. Executive Program Director)
Founder. Executive Program Director
Loretta has worked with youth and families in communities including Lower Mainland, Scarborough, ON, New Delhi, India, Nairobi, Kenya, and Gulu, Kampala and Ibanda, Uganda over the last 11 years. Her background in Child and Youth Care Counselling, facilitation and ICF certified life enhancement coaching, and her Canadian Career Development Practioner Certification allows her the knowledge and experience to create the best possible programs for young women. Loretta has also initiated for-profit employment services including a corporate social responsibility program with an national business and in 2013 will commence her Masters Degree at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC.
Jonathon Cohen (Director)
Jonathon is a chartered accountant in public practice. Over his career he has been involved with several foundations and charities as a trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of clients. Jonathon also has a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce from Ryerson University.
Tia Kelly (Director)
Tia is a professional coach working with women through transition. she lives in San Diego, California and spends her free time outside with her husband and two dogs, as well as working with the Passion Foundation on the Global Sorority documentary projects. Her passion is to find solutions to gender issues through awareness and connection. She believes that, where it be with local or global community, sharing your deepest Passion can only lead to great things!
Margot White (Director)
Vice President of Weber Shandwick, a leading global international public relations agency with 74 offices around the world, Margot has over 25 years of experience as a leader in public relations.
Amanda Burrows (Director)
Identifying herself as a Fundraiser first, Amanda has over six years in experience raising funds for organizations. Amanda is in her fourth season as the Development Manager for Annual Giving for Vancouver Opera and moved to Vancouver from Toronto where she worked in the Art Gallery of Ontario’s Development Department during the construction and opening of Frank Gehry’s re-imaging of the museum. Along with her career in the Arts, Amanda is passionate about volunteering for other local organizations that encourage using arts for community involvement, civic engagement, and social change. Amanda has her honours with distinction in Art History from the University of Victoria, her Masters in Museum Studies from the University of Toronto, and a graduate certificate in Fundraising Management from Ryerson.
